How can we help?
Does my size run large or small?
That depends on the model. The Samba and Gazelle run a quarter size small, while the Spezial fits true to size. For each model, you can view the fit and find a size chart.

When will I receive my order?
In Belgium and the rest of the EU, you will receive your pair within an average of 5 to 7 business days. Outside the EU, we estimate an average of 8 business days, plus any potential customs delays. You will see your expected delivery date at checkout.
Prefer to pick it up? Your pair will be ready at our workshop in Moeskroen within 2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, with DPD or GLS.
Ireland and Greece: €10. Finland and Bulgaria: €15.
How do returns work?
Doesn't your pair fit the way you hoped? You have 14 days after receipt to return it unworn and in its original box. Returns are free within the EU.
Email your order number to retour@shoebella.be, and you will receive a return label within 2 business days.
Are they authentic sneakers?
Yes. We always start with original sneakers and customize them in our studio in Moeskroen. Each design begins as an idea and is handcrafted step by step, right down to the last detail. We spend approximately three hours on each pair.
