What are the delivery times for my order?
Each pair is first finished in our atelier. So count on:
- Belgium and the rest of the EU: 7–8 working days
- Outside the EU: depending on customs
Collection at our atelier in Mouscron: ready within 5 working days. You'll see your exact delivery date at checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free to all EU countries, with no minimum order. For destinations outside the EU, shipping costs are shown at checkout. We ship with DPD and GLS.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to the following countries.

How do I make a return?
You have 14 days after receipt to return. Send your sneakers back unworn in the original box, with insoles, laces and accessories. Email your order number to retour@shoebella.be. Within the EU, you'll get a free return label. Personalised orders can't be returned.

Do you have a sale?
No. At Shoebella, we don't believe in temporary prices for unique pieces. Each pair is hand-finished in a limited edition, so each sneaker retains its value.
