What are the shipping costs?

Shipping

  • Standard home delivery via bpost in Belgium is free of charge.
  • For the Netherlands, we charge €8 for shipping.
  • For other European countries, shipping costs are €10.
  • Different rates apply for deliveries outside the EU.

How does a return work?

To initiate a return, please send an email to shoebella.be@outlook.com requesting a refund. Don't forget to include your order number, which starts with #0125..., in the email.

We will then email you a return label within 24 hours.

No. At Shoebella, we don't believe in temporary prices for unique pieces. Each pair is hand-finished in a limited edition, so each sneaker retains its value.
